As part of Talent Acquisition Marketing Team, you will be part of a group of creative individuals working with the recruitment organization to attract and engage top talent to a Company known for creating magical experiences for people of all ages. This internship is a full-time, six-month commitment in the Orlando, FL area from June 2026 - early January 2027.
What You Will Do:
As a Digital Marketing Intern, in Talent Acquisition Marketing you will support the Digital Marketing team in all aspects of their support to the marketing organization and its clients on core digital marketing trends, employment technology trends, and act as a project manager for career site and platform development executing comprehensive strategies in partnership with clients and cross-functional teams. With the ever-changing digital landscape, the Digital Marketing arm of the team is responsible for identify trends and insights, particularly focused on career technology environments, and consulting to optimize strategies and performance based on those insights.
Being a high volume, fluid environment this individual will need consultative marketing and project management skills as well as relationship management, strategic thinking, and collaborative integration to deliver unparalleled support.
On any given day you might:
- Spend significant time diving into CMS work, putting your HTML and CSS and skills to use
- Support the Digital Marketing team, as they work with agency/ vendors & internal team in the development of career and employment-based platforms and SEO strategy from concept to launch
- Work in partnership with team to report performance of all career platforms, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Execute on overall digital strategies with oversite and guidance from leader that enable an engaging, seamless and integrated candidate experience to enhance the overall candidate conversion
- Build internal and external relationships and supporting a collaborative, team environment
- Ensure brand coordination and leverage opportunities in markets
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Working knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Site Catalyst), as well as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints, particularly with respect to CMS's
- Demonstrable experience working on, multi-faceted Digital Marketing projects while ensuring superb execution, timely delivery, and client area satisfaction
- Understanding of optimizing landing pages and user funnels
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
- Knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
- Ability to ascertain the priorities of a particular audience and execute on a consultative solution while driving efficiencies and effectiveness
- Ability to act as an influencer who is adept at establishing both external and internal relationships, as well as a calculated risk-taker who isn’t afraid to step outside the box
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience in Marketing or Digital Media with 1-3 years industry experience
- Proven knowledge of recruitment marketing or recruitment advertising industry practices
Education:
- Junior or Senior preferred
- Major or previous coursework in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Digital Media Marketing or closely related field
Eligibility Requirements & Program Information:
- Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship.
- Current Disney Interns, College, International, or Culinary Program Participants: You may only work for ONE consecutive year (12 months) in any combination of an internship and/or program.
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Possess unrestricted work authorization

The pay rate for this role in Orlando, FL is $22.50 per hour.
