For over 40 years, the program has helped shape generations of college students and new graduates, with many going on to build successful careers at Disney. The Disney Programs Experience team aims to provide participants with an unforgettable program. From leading immersive learning and career development sessions to providing in-the-moment program support to creating engaging and informative communications content, we do it all. From the moment our participants arrive until the day they depart, the Experience team at Disney Programs focuses on delivering a best-in-class program experience to every participant who walks through the door.

This internship is a full-time, six-month commitment in Orlando, Florida, from June 2026 through January 2027.

What You Will Do

As a Disney Programs Experience Intern, you will play an essential role in supporting the Disney Programs Office across a wide range of projects and responsibilities. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for participants seeking assistance, guidance, and resources, so being comfortable with face‑to‑face interactions is key. This role also involves a large administrative component, including data entry, high‑volume phone support, and email communication through our virtual help desk.

Beyond day‑to‑day operations, you may also contribute to communication and content-creation initiatives, assist with the planning and execution of events or trips, and support the facilitation of our learning offerings. Please Apply If You Have/Are

  • A valid U.S. driver’s license (operating a company vehicle is required for this role).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
  • Comfortable lifting 45 pounds, walking up and down multiple flights of stairs, and standing for long periods of time.
  • Guest service skills, with the ability to problem-solve and resolve conflicts independently.
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and balance multiple projects and competing priorities.
  • Successfully completed a Disney College Program, Disney Culinary Program, or Disney Internship.
  • Demonstrated the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

It Would Also Be Great If You Have

  • Demonstrated experience providing effective counseling, mentoring, and guidance.
  • Experience as a Residence Life staff member or Resident Assistant in a collegiate environment, collaborating with a diverse student population.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite software.
  • Fluency in an additional written and spoken language.
  • Experience leading presentations and feeling comfortable speaking in front of large audiences.

Education:

  • Junior or Senior year preferred.
  • Pursuing a degree in any field of study.

Eligibility Requirements & Program Information

Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all the requirements below

  • Be enrolled in an accredited college/university, pursuing a degree, taking at least one class at the time of application, OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship.
  • Have not completed one year of continual employment on a Disney Internship or Disney College Program.
  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Possess unrestricted work authorization.

Additional Information

  • The approximate dates of this internship are June 2026 through January 2027.
  • Fully available from Monday - Friday, 8:45 AM – 5:15 PM Eastern Time Zone, with possible weekends or shifts that are outside of these hours for the duration of the internship, 40 hours each week.
  • Able to provide own housing for the duration of the internship program in the Orlando, Florida area.
  • Able to provide/have reliable transportation to/from work.
  • Be aligned with The Disney Look appearance guidelines.
