About the Role & Team
We are looking for a native Croatian speaker to support the localization of Disney content, product experiences, and marketing communications for the Croatian market. This role will play an important part in ensuring that all Croatian-language consumer touchpoints are accurate, consistent, culturally relevant, and aligned with Disney’s quality standards. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams, agencies, and localization vendors to support the Croatian market launch and early growth phase.
This role is project based with a fixed-term employment contract for 12 months. The job is full-time and will require you to work 4 days a week from our Zagreb office, 4 days a week, with either a Monday or Friday working from home.

What You Will Do
Review, validate, and quality-check Croatian localization across key consumer touchpoints, including:
Content titles, synopses, metadata, and product copy
User interface elements and commercial flows
Marketing materials, including campaigns, CRM, digital, social, and performance assets
Ensure linguistic accuracy, consistency of tone of voice, and cultural relevance across all Croatian-language materials
Act as the main point of contact for Croatian localization topics
Collaborate with internal stakeholders across marketing, content, product, commercial, and operations teams
Coordinate with external agencies, localization vendors, and other partners to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
Support project management, timelines, feedback loops, and delivery of localization workstreams
Identify potential quality issues, inconsistencies, or local market sensitivities and recommend improvements
Required Qualifications & Skills
Native level of Croatian with fluent English
3–5 years of experience in localization, marketing, copywriting, content, or a related field
Strong writing, editing, and copywriting skills in Croatian
Excellent attention to detail and a strong quality mindset
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, workflows, and deadlines
Experience working with agencies, vendors, or localization partners is a plus
Organized, proactive, and hands-on
Strong communicator with the ability to work across teams and markets
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, international environment
Culturally aware, with strong judgement on local language nuances and consumer relevance
Passion for entertainment, streaming, and storytelling is a plus.
