About the Program

Ready to be drafted into Disney's elite team? If you have a passion for sports and dream of joining one of the world's largest entertainment companies, ESPN Mexico's Sports Apprenticeship Program is your ticket to an exciting career in sports content.

Our program lasts 6 months and is designed for early-stage university/ technical students, offering practical experiences in a dynamic and stimulating environment.

Basic Requirements

  • Be in the first years of Higher Education - graduation expected from December 2027;
  • Be a regular student;
  • Have passion and knowledge about Sports;
  • Demonstrate a desire to develop oneself;
  • Have integrity, embrace diversity with empathy and respect, inspire and innovate;
  • Show interest in the consumer, content quality, people development, and constant innovation of projects;
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Be available to work 20 hours per week in Mexico City, MX.

Requirements and Eligibility

  • Candidates will be required to have good working knowledge of Portuguese
  • Be in the last two years of Higher Education - graduation expected from December 2025
  • Have passion and knowledge about Entertainment and/or Sports
  • Demonstrate a desire to develop oneself
  • Have integrity, embrace diversity with empathy and respect, inspire and innovate
  • Show interest in the consumer, content quality, people development, and constant innovation of projects
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Be available to work 20 hours per week in Buenos Aires (Argentina)*

*Availability to work on a shift basis, including weekends for Sports opportunities.

As part of our Early Careers Program, we are constantly looking for talent at the beginning of their careers, willing to give them opportunities to learn from us and, at the same time, allow us to learn from them. The LATAM Graduate Trainee Program lasts 24 months and is a career accelerator for future leaders of The Walt Disney Company Latin America.

Requirements and Eligibility

  • Completed your university studies in the past two years
  • Have ideally two years of work experience
  • Have the attitude and desire to develop your skills
  • Inspire, innovate and have integrity and embrace diversity with empathy and respect
  • Demonstrate an interest in the consumer, in the quality of content, in the development of people and in the constant innovation of projects
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Fluent in English
  • Have the ability to work in Buenos Aires (Argentina), São Paulo (Brazil) or Mexico City (Mexico)

    The program will take place in Argentina, Brasil and Mexico.

  • Will the Graduate Trainee Program be launched in other countries across the region in the future?

    We love meeting talent with diverse visions and stories, so in the future, we plan to extend it to other countries where we have offices.

  • What are the basic requirements for candidates? (e.g., have 2 years of experience, speak fluent English, etc.)

    We are looking for recent graduates who have ideally two years of experience, have a desire to work with colleagues from around the globe, are fluent in English, and want to participate in a program focused on developing leadership experience.

  • Is it necessary to live in the country for which you are applying?

    Yes.

  • Is it a requirement to have a university degree? Can potential candidates who have not yet graduated but have work experience apply?
