As the Senior Guest Experience Manager of Food & Beverage, you will manage the stage management of our Cast members, in high-volume multi restaurant complex in Hotels. You will ensure efficient and safe operations, guide an immersive Guest experience, increase Cast engagement and safeguard our brand. You will provide outstanding Guest service standards; recognize/coaches Cast behaviors; and manage the business through, while maintaining connection to the rich history and heritage of our Disney Hotels.
You will report to the Area Manager of Food and Beverage and Banquets.
Responsibilities/You Will
- Provide a world class hotel experience to our guest by focusing on Disney Service Standards.
- Maintain the Hotel's Forbes ratings.
- Work with guests and cast members and resolving any issues.
- Inspire and develop a diverse team.
- Be a teacher and developer.
- Recognize cast members and hold them accountable for delivering excellence with the Five Keys in safety, courtesy, inclusion, show and efficiency.
- Exceed guest expectations that yield results and positive guest feedback.
- Partner and collaborate with other leadership teams due to shared Cast base.
- Participate in departmental meetings and communicate relevant information to cast members.
- Manage daily staffing levels based on demand. Provide daily results.
- Complete Resort plans relating to cost control and other food and beverage plans.
Basic Qualifications/You Will
- 2 or more years of leadership/managerial experience.
- Experience with multiple styles of service such as QRS, Table Service, Concierge, Bar/Lounge, & Pool/Cabanas.
- A strong knowledge on wine and spirits, especially Scotch, Whiskey and Bourbon.
- established knowledge on training and developing top tier bartenders in a luxury environment.
- Networking and partnering experience.
- Experience partnering with other hotel departments including Signature Dining, Banquets, Housekeeping, Front Desk, Bell & Valet, Spa and Engineering.
- Prior experience leading in a union environment.
- Be available weekends, variable shifts and holidays.
The hiring range for this position in California is $77,000.00-$96,500.00. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
