Disneyland Resort’s Textile Services Department plays a crucial role in upholding Disney’s standards for excellence, laundering over 21 million pounds of linen annually to support four Disney hotels and Food & Beverage locations across the resort. As the Textile Services Manager, you will oversee all aspects of daily shift operations, from staffing and financial management to quality control and service excellence. This role is essential to ensuring that our guests experience the highest quality in linen care, every day. You will work closely with internal teams to keep operations on schedule, support high service standards, and foster a safe, efficient, and supportive environment for Cast Members.

This position will report to the Manager Textile Services

This position is based in Anaheim, California

You will:

  • Oversee Daily Operations: Ensure smooth, efficient day-to-day operations of the laundry facility, including production scheduling, resource management, and workflow adjustments.

  • Ensure Quality and Safety Standards: Maintain high standards of quality by inspecting linens and verifying safety protocols; partner with Engineering Services to ensure all equipment is functional and compliant.

  • Develop and Mentor Team: Lead a team of up to 120 hourly Cast Members across multiple sites, setting performance expectations and fostering a culture of recognition, safety, and growth.

  • Manage Financial and Administrative Duties: Take charge of production reporting, cost control, and efficiency by monitoring labor budgets and procurement of linens and chemicals.

  • Drive Performance and Productivity: Monitor and evaluate workflow for maximum efficiency, maintaining both quality standards and production targets to ensure operational goals are met.

  • Collaborate with Resort Departments: Coordinate daily with Hotel and Park management, support departments (housekeeping, food & beverage, engineering), and periodically with Hotel executives to align service standards.

  • Maintain Vendor Relationships: Work with outside vendors to procure supplies, maintain service agreements, and ensure timely delivery of essential resources.

  • Uphold Compliance and Safety: Ensure full compliance with OSHA regulations and company policies, providing a safe and healthy workplace for all Cast Members.

You Will Have:

  • 2+ years of experience in laundry operations management or similar production environment

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Chemical and equipment safety training

  • Bilingual skills in English and Spanish preferred

  • Experience in leading manufacturing or production operations with a focus on quality, safety, and efficiency

  • Demonstrated organizational, time management, and multi-tasking abilities

Education Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED (required); Bachelor’s degree preferred

The hiring range for this position in Anaheim, CA is $77,000.00 to $95,100.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
