About the Role

The Coordinator, Talent & Growth (T&G) – India plays a critical role in enabling the seamless delivery of onboarding and talent programs by managing all scheduling, coordination, and program operations across the T&G portfolio. This role partners closely with the India Talent & Growth team to ensure high-quality, consistent, and efficient execution of onboarding, learning, and capability-building initiatives across the India business.

Operating in a fast-paced and high-growth environment, the role serves as the central coordination backbone for T&G programs—ensuring strong planning discipline, stakeholder alignment, and delivery excellence.

Responsibilities:

1. Scheduling & Calendar Management

  • Manage end-to-end program scheduling and calendar coordination across onboarding and T&G initiatives
  • Coordinate with facilitators, business leaders, HR teams, and participants to align availability and schedules
  • Maintain and track learning calendars and program timelines
  • Ensure timely communication of schedules, updates, and changes to all stakeholders
  • Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively resolve them
  • Support onboarding program delivery through execution of all operational elements

2. Program Coordination & Logistics

  • Coordinate all program logistics, including invites, venues, materials, and participant lists
  • Support onboarding sessions, and all other T&G initiatives with end-to-end coordination
  • Partner with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sessions and events
  • Prepare and manage program materials, attendance tracking, and session documentation

3. Data, Tracking & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate program trackers, dashboards, and attendance records
  • Support tracking of participation, completion, and feedback data across programs
  • Consolidate and share reports with the T&G team to support program reviews and improvements

4. Stakeholder Coordination & Communication

  • Act as a key coordination point between T&G, People & Culture, business stakeholders, and external vendors
  • Ensure clear and timely communication before, during, and after programs
  • Support participant queries and provide administrative support for program-related needs

5. Process & Operations Excellence

  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, coordination, and scalability of program operations
  • Maintain high attention to detail to ensure error-free and professional execution

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience in HR operations, learning coordination, program support, or administrative roles
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills, with ability to manage multiple schedules and stakeholders
  • Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with calendar management and program coordination processes
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-volume environment
