How will you contribute to our magical experience?
The Analyst, Content Analytics, will be a key player within the Content & Engagement Analytics team. Your mission is to bridge the gap between traditional media metrics and the digital streaming era. You will transform complex datasets from TV, Streaming, and Social Media into high-impact strategic recommendations that drive our Ad Sales and Sponsorship business in Latin America.
We are looking for a data-heavy profile capable of not only reading reports but architecting the data workflows that power them.
The Analyst, Content Analytics will be responsible for:
- Cross-Platform Intelligence: Lead the integration and analysis of viewership data across TV (Linear), Streaming (Disney+), and Social Media, providing a 360-degree view of content performance with a focus on Sports and tentpole franchises.
- Ad-Sales Strategic Support: Act as the data partner for the Sales, Planning, and Sponsorship teams, identifying high-value inventory and defining audience targets to maximize Ad-revenue.
- Advanced Data Visualization: Design, develop, and optimize automated dashboards (Looker/PowerBI) that translate raw data into actionable executive narratives.
- Advanced Analytics & Insights: Use SQL and Python to uncover deep-dive insights on audience behavior, churn attribution related to ads, and cross-platform reach/frequency.
- Measurement Innovation: Expertly navigate and integrate traditional ratings (IBOPE/Nielsen/Techedge) with digital telemetry (Adobe Analytics/Comscore) to create unified measurement frameworks.
- Stakeholder Storytelling: Present complex technical findings to non-technical executive audiences, highlighting clear business opportunities and "action plans.
What we need from you to be part of this story:
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, data science, or business intelligence roles, ideally in media, entertainment or tech industries
- Bachelor’s degree in data science, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, or a highly analytical field.
- Intermediate level of English
- Advanced, proven experience with SQL for querying and manipulating large datasets in environments like Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, etc.
- Familiarity with syndicated research platforms such as TGI, GWI, Comscore, Kantar Cross-Platform View, Adobe Analytics, etc
- Demonstrable and solid experience using data visualization tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI to create interactive dashboards and reports.
- Desirable programming experience with Python or R for data analysis, including libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, Matplotlib/Seaborn.
- Knowledge of statistical and Machine Learning models (e.g., regression, classification, clustering, time series) to solve business problems.
- Desirable experience analyzing digital media consumption metrics, subscription models (SVOD), or advertising models (AVOD).
