How will you contribute to our magical experience?  

The Analyst in Growth & Retention Analytics will collaborate with the team to understand diverse product projects and their impact on the business, as well as to analyze the viewer's experience, through reports and insights that help understand their needs as well as finding solutions for them, creating insights through data extraction and analysis.
The ideal candidate for this role is passionate about understanding the complexity of diverse Marketing Retention Strategy through own channels communications (Email, Push Notifications and InApp), eager to improve data experience analysis and improve Customer Loyalty covering all the customer Journey: Acquisition, Early life, Engagement, Retention, Wingback, among others)

The Analyst, Growth & Retention Analytics will be responsible for: 

  • Working with the Lifecycle Marketing Team, providing information and insights that helps explain customer engagement campaigns and find improvement opportunities.
  • Support teams extracting data, creating KPIs and developing high quality insights.
  • Build own benchmarks for KPI monitoring, expectations alignments and results analysis.
  • Detect risks and flaws to drive solutions and leverage opportunities to grow.

What we need from you to be part of this story:

  • 2+ years of experience in similar roles.
  • Advance studies or graduate in Actuary, Statistics, Industrial Engineer, or similar careers.
  • Advanced level of English
  • Strong skills using SQL tools (Microsoft SQL, Snowflake or similar).
  • Familiarity with data exploration and data visualization tools (Looker, Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
  • Advanced level of English
  • Experience with CRM and platform interaction with customers like Braze, Salesforce, etc. (is a plus).
  • Experience with statistical programming languages like R or Python (is a plus).
