How will you contribute to our magical experience?

The Supervisor, PTP will join the team to drive high-quality procure-to-pay and cash & banking operations that support Disney's corporate functions across regions.

In this role, you will serve as a subject matter expert for procure-to-pay and cash & banking activities, particularly FX transactions and manual payments across LATAM legal entities, providing guidance to analysts and acting as a key escalation point for complex and high-risk scenarios. You will partner closely with Finance, Tax, Treasury, Procurement, and external stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant execution of payments, support regulatory changes, and lead ad hoc PTP projects that enhance operational performance and controls.

The Supervisor, PTP will be responsible for:

  • Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for FX transactions and manual payments across LATAM legal entities, providing guidance and consultation to analysts.
  • Ensure timely and accurate execution of manual payments and FX transactions across multiple banking platforms, mitigating risks of delays, penalties, or financial exposure.
  • Act as approver for critical Cash & Banking activities within LATAM & US, ensuring compliance with corporate treasury policies and internal controls.
  • Support the implementation of new regulatory requirements and Central Bank regulations, ensuring compliance in all transactions and adapting processes as needed.
  • Function as escalation point for complex transactions, intercompany settlements, exceptions, and high-risk payment scenarios, providing effective solutions and guidance.
  • Guarantee adherence to internal controls, audit standards, regulatory compliance, and fraud prevention measures across cash & banking and PTP processes.
  • Operate as a business partner to Finance, Tax, Treasury, Procurement, and external stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships and enabling collaborative decision-making.
  • Serve as BTA custodian and manage Accounts Payable PCARD for special approved cases, ensuring accurate reconciliation and expense recording in SAP.
  • Represent the Manager in stakeholder meetings and regional governance calls when required, clearly explaining sensitive concepts and complex information.
  • Monitor and report on KPIs, SLAs, and operational performance, proactively escalating risks and recommending improvements to processes and controls.
  • Lead ad hoc Procure-to-Pay (PTP) projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams to drive system enhancements, process improvements, and data analytics initiatives.

What we need from you to be part of this story:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Administration, or a related field.
  • +5 years of relevant experience in Procure-to-Pay, General Accounting, Cash & Banking, Treasury, or similar finance operations roles, preferably within large-scale, multinational environments.
  • Strong Procure-to-Pay (PTP) and finance knowledge, including experience with cash & banking operations and payment processes.
  • Proficiency in generating reports and metrics, with data analytics capabilities to evaluate solution alternatives and support decision-making.
  • Working knowledge of SAP and Coupa or similar ERP and PTP systems, including payment processing and expense recording.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) for analysis, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate business issues, explain difficult concepts, and frame solutions to stakeholders at multiple levels.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain client service relationships, partnering across functions and regions.
  • Self-driven, independent thinker with strong problem-solving, analytical, and continuous improvement mindset, capable of working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects.
  • Strong understanding of compliance implications, internal controls, and audit requirements impacting cash, banking, and payment processes.
  • Advanced level of English (written and spoken).
