As the Coordinator, you will report to the Vice President, People & Culture and support the team across programmatic and administrative support in a highly dynamic environment. This is a growth-oriented role designed for someone eager to learn and build strong partnership skills while gaining hands-on exposure to program operations and cross-functional collaboration. What you’ll do:
- Support HR employee life-cycle processes including onboarding new employees and support team culture and engagement initiatives
- Collaborate with HR team to creatively solve problems and assist clients
- Support planning and execution of team-wide initiatives
- Serve as an operational hub – ensuring communication flows smoothly across team and partners
- Identify process improvements that increase efficiency and clarity, with a special care to explore new tools (ex. AI)
- Manage complex calendars for Vice President and team Directors - including scheduling internal/external meetings and resolving conflicts in a timely manner. Anticipate scheduling needs, proactively resolve conflicts, and maintain clarity across shifting priorities.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel logistics (including travel and expense reporting)
- Where relevant, take concise meeting notes and cascade information as needed via leveraging tools like PowerPoint, Canva, Google Suite
- General coordinator support on projects/tasks as assigned
- Adapt and thrive in dynamic environments, demonstrating agility and flexibility with each coverage assignment
- Communicate proactively and professionally, both internally and externally
Qualifications
- Work experience in an administrative or support role

- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong follow-through

- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite preferred
- Genuine curiosity — staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging news
The hiring range for this position in Burbank, CA is $59,300 to $72,300 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
