About the Role & Program

We're excited to announce that the Cross-Media Measurement team is looking for a curious and detail-oriented intern who loves data and is eager to learn more about the entertainment world. If you enjoy diving into data, solving puzzles, and making processes better, this could be the perfect role for you! In this position, you'll help keep our Multiplatform reporting tool and related dashboards in top shape, and you'll assist with tracking new and upcoming programming across both linear and digital platforms.

This internship is a full-time, six-month commitment in the Burbank, CA area from June 2025-January 2026.

What You Will Do

Data Stewardship

  • Help ensure our data is accurate by performing quality checks and fixing any mapping issues with the Multiplatform reporting tool.

  • Work with various data sources and tools to identify and fill any gaps.

Deep-Dive Analysis

  • Handle requests to investigate any missing data or performance issues with shows.

  • Look into current data mappings to spot and fix inconsistencies.

Data Quality

  • Be our go-to person for internal and external data sources, ensuring any anomalies or bugs are caught and addressed quickly.

  • Create workarounds when needed to keep our data as clean and accurate as possible, which is crucial for our key performance indicators.

Operations

  • Keep our current reports running smoothly while always looking for ways to enhance their performance and improve our processes.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present information clearly.

  • Great attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.

  • Willingness to learn new tools and processes, and ability to create well-organized documentation.

  • Ability to work well in a team but also independently when needed.

  • Proficiency with SQL and cloud-based data warehouses and ETL processes.

  • Proficiency with Excel, including lookups, arrays, pivot tables, and conditional formulas.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certifications or demonstrated proficiency in SQL and Python.

  • Experience working with large files/datasets.

  • Experience with Snowflake, AWS, or other data warehouses.

  • Knowledge of digital and linear video measurement and machine learning a plus.

Education

  • Junior or Senior year preferred

  • Major or previous coursework in information systems, computer science, data science, mathematics, statistics or related major preferred

Eligibility Requirements & Program Information

Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all of the below requirements:

  • Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship.

  • Current Disney Interns, College, International, or Culinary Program Participants: You may only work for ONE consecutive year (12 months) in any combination of an internship and/or program.

  • Be at least 18 years of age

  • Possess unrestricted work authorization.

Additional Information

  • This internship is a full-time, six-month commitment in the Burbank, CA area from June 2025-January 2026.

  • Able to have a consistent, reliable work schedule throughout the internship.

  • Fully available Monday through Friday for the duration of the internship, 40 hours each week.

  • Able to provide own housing for the duration of the internship program in the Burbank, CA area.

  • Able to provide/have reliable transportation to/from work.

The pay rate for this role in California is $22.00 per hour.
