You’d join a dynamic team whose job is to work directly with operations and finance leaders, both at Corporate and across the Disney businesses. This role will have direct responsibility for overseeing the financial planning for Enterprise Technology.

  • Perform and analyze quarterly, annual or 5-year operating plans

  • Prepare dynamic messages for different audiences including corporate management and other executives

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • At least 5 years of progressive experience in financial planning, strategic planning, investment banking and/or corporate finance is preferred
  • Must possess strong quantitative and analytical skills combined with solid business and financial competence
  • Strong relationship building skills and a highly professional “client service orientation”
  • Charismatic, dynamic leader and effective manager, who leads by example and will mentor a team to meet high profile and dynamic objectives
  • Must be an excellent teammate who possesses solid interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Excellent communicator in both oral and written settings
  • Flexible, “special-projects” orientation coupled with solid multi-tasking abilities
  • High energy level; strong work ethic
  • Determined, independent thinker
  • Results-oriented, decisive

Preferred Qualifications

  • Work experience within the Technology industry is a plus
  • MBA or CPA is preferred
  • Must possess a Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Finance, Business Administration or related field)


The hiring range for this position in Burbank, California is $124,900 to $152,500.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
