The operating hours are Sunday through Saturday, 6:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
The starting pay rate for this position is $17.85 per hour.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver a flawless experience for all of our Guests to ensure the experience supports the Five Keys- Safety, Courtesy, Inclusion, Show and Efficiency
- Ability to work with minimal direction, proactively engaging and interacting with Guests to answer questions, give directions and other information
- Perform efficient automated check-in functions on tablets and/or handheld devices
- Maintain strong observation skills with high level of detail
- Prolong standing and walking to various areas of the terminal to perform and maintain crowd control during peak operational hours in both indoor and outdoor settings during different weather conditions
- Comfortable speaking in front of large groups or audiences
- Provide Guest Service and help find solutions when challenges arise with Guests and Cast Members
- Perform multiple tasks simultaneously
- Cast Members may be required to handle cleaning chemicals and supplies
Basic Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Disney Cruise Line and Walt Disney World products
- Navigate between multiple and concurrent computer applications
- Computer and technical proficiency
- Physical role requiring heavy lifting up to 40-50 lbs, pushing, pulling, bending, twisting, and kneeling. This would include using a broom/mop
- Verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Full Availability including nights, early mornings, weekends and holidays
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual
- Previous Cruise Line experience
- Hotel Guest Service Experience
