What You Will Do
As a Customer Engagement Strategy, Planning & Integration Intern supporting Disney Destinations you will learn multi-channel paid media annual planning, budget management, messaging plan development, audience targeting, and asset management and delivery. As part of our team, you have the opportunity to:
Aid in the development of strategic plans and coordinating the messages placed in Paid Media.
Collaborate with both internal and external partners to build, implement and evaluate Paid Media plans supporting various creative campaigns across more than 10 unique media channels.
Assist in maintaining accurate budgets for all channels and phases of the marketing plans.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Direct Marketing, CRM, paid media, and social media experience including interpreting data and campaign/program results.
Ability to work well with cross-functional teams and prioritize time.
Experienced in Microsoft PowerPoint (or Keynote), Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables) and the entire Microsoft Office Suite.
Education
Be enrolled in an accredited college/university taking at least one class in the semester/quarter (spring/fall) prior to participation in the internship program OR must have graduated from a college/university within 6 months at time of application posting OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship.
A student studying in their senior year or a recent graduate within 6 months of graduation date is eligible to apply.
A major in Marketing, Advertising, Media, CRM or related major is preferred.
Eligibility Requirements & Program Information
Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all of the below requirements:
Be at least 18 years of age.
Have not completed one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or program.
Possess unrestricted work authorization.
Additional Information
The approximate dates of this internship are January 2025 through June 2025.
Fully available Monday through Friday for the duration of the internship, 40 hours each week.
Able to provide own housing in the Orlando, FL area.
Able to provide/have reliable transportation to/from work.
