The Sr Automation & Integration Analyst for Disney Cruise Line enhances business operations by developing automated workflows, optimizing reporting processes, and improving data accessibility. This role focuses on streamlining systems, managing key business reports, and driving process improvements through data-driven insights. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, this position ensures seamless system functionality, supports strategic initiatives, and leads special projects that enhance efficiency and innovation. The Sr Automation & Integration Analyst will report to the Automation & Integration Manager and sits in Celebration, FL.
* This is an on-site role based in Celebration, FL and relocation will not be available for this position.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement advanced automated workflows and forms to streamline business operations, enhance efficiency, and improve user experience.
Build and maintain data pipelines and integrations using SQL, APIs, and scripting (e.g., Python).
Develop and support reporting and dashboards using tools such as Tableau and Business Objects.
Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation, optimization and modernization.
Support and enhance existing SharePoint/Nintex solutions while contributing to long-term platform transition efforts.
Provide technical support and administration for automated workflows and tools, ensuring seamless functionality, security, and accessibility for end-users.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable, user-friendly solutions.
Develop lightweight web-based solutions (internal apps, forms, dashboards) to improve usability and reduce reliance on legacy systems.
Ensure data accuracy, system reliability, and secure handling of business-critical information.
Lead or contribute to cross-functional projects focused on automation, reporting, and digital transformation.
Lead and execute special projects related to automation, process improvement, and digital transformation, driving innovation across teams.
Basic Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in automation, data, or business systems roles.
Strong SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
Experience working with APIs, JSON, XML, and system integrations.
Experience building or supporting automated workflows (e.g., Nintex, Power Automate, or similar).
Familiarity with reporting and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Business Objects, or similar).
Experience with scripting or programming (preferably Python).
Working knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) or experience building internal web tools.
Experience with SharePoint (on-prem or online), including forms, permissions, and data structures.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
Travel may be required for this role.
Possess a valid Passport.
Strong Python experience for automation, data processing, or backend services.
Experience building web applications.
Familiarity with enterprise BI tools.
Experience working with data warehouses or data lakes.
Project management experience or exposure to Agile methodologies.
Required Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Systems, Data Analytics or related fields or equivalent work experience.
Preferred Education:
Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related fields.

The hiring range for this position in Celebration, FL is $100,100.00-$134,200.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
