This internship is a full-time, six-month commitment in the Glendale, California area from June 15th 2026 to January 2nd 2027.
What You Will Do:
The Marvel Global Brand Commercialization team seeks a detail-oriented self-starter to assist the Global Brand team with their daily operational tasks. As an intern, you will support the execution of Marvel brand strategies and visions, and on any given day, you may:
- Help support and facilitate high-level brand, franchise, and program planning
- Develop presentation materials, including brand decks, one-pagers, and product updates supporting our licensing, retail, and marketing efforts
- Coordinate and track the internal marketing approval process, ensuring compliance with company guidelines
- Coordinate with PR team on samples, press releases, and influencer mailers
- Conduct competitive analysis and research, providing regular updates and insights to the team
- Schedule and coordinate team meetings, build agendas, distribute meeting notes, and follow up on action items as needed
- Handle content updates, including generating attendee lists, scheduling, and other logistics for screenings
- Assist the Marvel-run social media accounts with product priorities
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong digital literacy in Keynote, Excel, Outlook, Word
- A self-starter who is proactive, diligent, and adaptable
- The ability to take on multiple projects and balance multiple deadlines
- Excellent abilities in communication, writing, and collaborative partnership
- Strong sense of urgency, confidentiality, and accountability
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
- Familiarity with/passion for the Marvel brand
- Genuine interest in how brands, franchises, and consumer products function
- Demonstrated skillset in graphic design
- Proven ability to create and deliver high-quality professional presentations
- Skilled in creating content, especially for Instagram and TikTok
Education:
- Currently enrolled as an Undergraduate Senior
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Eligibility Requirements & Program Information:
Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all of the below requirements:
- Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at the time of application OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship.
- Current Disney Interns, College, International, or Culinary Program Participants: You may only work for ONE consecutive year (12 months) in any combination of an internship and/or program.
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Possess unrestricted work authorization.

- This internship is a full-time, six-month commitment in the Glendale, California area from June 15th 2026 to January 2nd 2027..
- Able to have a consistent, reliable full -time work schedule throughout the internship.
- Fully available Monday through Friday for the duration of the internship, 40 hours each week.
- Able to provide own housing for the duration of the internship program.
- Able to provide/have reliable transportation to/from work.
- Be compliant with The Disney Look appearance guidelines.
