在營運及業務情況許可下，同事每星期可獲編兩日休假
Responsibilities:
- 分發備用部件及安排外判工程作業
- 向本地及海外供應商購買各類部件及委託服務，包括高精確度建築設計機械部件﹑訂製遊樂設施部件﹑電子設備﹑儀器﹑消耗品﹑租借特殊機械及儀器等
- 收貨及分發備用品及耗材至遊樂設施工場
- 更新Maximo系統內的庫存記錄，及前往各工場點算庫存
- 與外判服務供應商協調，於招標前視察工地﹐及聯絡供應商作特別檢查，並檢查做工質素
- 定期補充日用品
- 按照公司政策及中央採購系統進行採購
- 安排到貨檢查﹑儲存﹑管理遊樂設施部件及備用零件庫存，並定期更新Maximo上的庫存記錄
- 純熟應用Coupa及Maximo系統作採購及庫存管理
- 妥善保管採購文件及其作品質報告以作及審查之用(如︰合約完成證明書﹑出廠合格證明﹑焊接檢測報告等)
Basic Qualifications:
- 持有高級文憑證書或相關資歷；
- 1年或以上供應物流﹑庫存管理﹑機械設備維修或項目管理經驗
- 懂得使用一般電腦文書處理軟件 (如︰MS Office)
- 良好溝通技巧，主動學習及注重細節
- 良好英文書寫能力及中文說話能力
- 擁有使用Coupa/Maximo系統經驗為佳
- 需輪班工作(包括夜班及公眾假期)
