Responsibilities:
- 確保賓客安全，並迅速回應任何緊急情況
- 執行泳池及迪欣湖的場地政策、規則及守則
- 監督賓客在泳池及迪欣湖的活動，拯救遇事賓客，並為有需要的賓客施行急救
- 款待賓客，主動為賓客提供協助，解答問題，並提供有關樂園、度假區及附近地區的資訊
- 處理泳池和有關設施的保養及清潔工作及監察泳池水質
- 提交泳池使用情況及其他必要報告，執行由部門經理所指派的其他職務
Basic Qualifications:
- 持有由香港拯溺總會發出的有效泳池救生章／泳池救生管理章／高級泳池救生章
- 持有由香港聖約翰救傷隊／香港紅十字會／醫療輔助隊發出的有效急救證書
- 善於觀察，能夠主動回應賓客訴求，並確保賓客遵守安全守則
- 擁有良好的溝通技巧，能夠積極地與賓客、團隊隊員和管理層互動
- 良好溝通技巧
- 此乃全職職位，需要在不同的日子及時段輪班工作
Additional Information:
工作時間：我們的主題樂園及度假區酒店全年365天運作，因此本職位需要按照由公司編訂的更表輪班，並需要在星期六、星期日及公眾假期工作。如未能達到指定工作時數者，亦會被考慮成為兼職救生員。
