Job Summary:

The purpose of this role is to produce and maintain effective working schedules according to pre-determined labor plans, monitor compliance of labor policies and scheduling guidelines, and assign appropriate frontline workforce to deliver smooth operations and create a great guest/client experience. 

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Plan & configure scheduling setting in system to optimize the schedule to balance the needs between cast, operations and company 

  • Perform audits of time approval records to ensure accuracy and process frontline hour to SAP for daily, weekly and monthly payroll procedures 

  • Produce & amend rosters for frontline Cast Members based on business demands and ad-hoc changes 

  • Work closely with client and provide labor reports and scheduling related information to LOBs and partners on regular basis 

  • Perform user acceptance test for system upgrade, bugs fix and produce sample schedule for schedule optimization testing 

Job Requirements:  

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources management, IT, Finance or Business Administration or relevant disciplines 

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e. Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word) 

  • Knowledge in frontline operations and organization workflow and culture of Hong Kong Disneyland is an advantage 

  • Fluent in English and Chinese
