The Global HR Operations team is responsible for the strategic development and execution of HR services and information to employees, managers, and HR partners throughout the company.
This role is responsible for providing excellent customer service by administering accurate processing of HR transactions in accordance with company HR policies, practices and handling of inquiries in an efficient and effective manner.
Associate Specialist requires the ability to synthesize information, engage with necessary HR functional partners to understand requirements, pay attention to implications and apply policy variation to each unique transaction. Additionally, this role is responsible for administering quality audits and reporting to ensure accuracy and minimize risk.
Responsibilities:
Respond to enquiry from employees and working partners via all service channels, including phone call, case management system, chat and email, resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
Handle employee movement including document preparation, system update and coordination with other working partners.
Track and follow up on different employee lifecycle processes associated with visa application and renewal, probationary periods, contract extensions, leave management, termination etc.
Administer new joiners on-boarding process.
Support in mass recruitment or any ad hoc projects that require a high demand of HR Resources.
Ensure data accuracy, reliability, confidentiality and completeness.
Ensure all internal controls procedures are performed as required.
Participate in the establishment and improvement of effective HR processes, policies and practices.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in HR Management or related discipline
2 years of HR related experience
Excellent command in both verbal and written in English and Chinese with good communication skills as well as telephone, email, and chat etiquette skills
Sound knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other related local legislation
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi task and prioritize competing priorities in a fast paced environment
Attention to detail, maintain a high regard for data accuracy, data integrity and information security
Excellent command in Microsoft Office applications and able to type Chinese
Candidate with less experience will be considered for HR Operations Associate
