Job Summary:

Reporting to Manager, Sales Product Strategy and Development, the Sales System Project Manager is responsible to manage and oversee support on technology and system related matters for the Sales organization which would contribute to the success of facilitating our business through both direct and third-party pre-arrival sales channels.

This person will act as the primary internal custodian of the team for many of the daily operation of systems and tools in coordination with Technology team which includes user permission management and review, system enhancement and maintenance and necessary system upgrade to cope with business process changes.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage our Online Ticket Express to facilitate admission-related sales through our third-party and direct channels. Oversee the handling of daily trouble-shooting requests from our distribution partners on API, implementation of API with new partners, and formulation/prioritization/implementation of system enhancements.
  • Manage our China Online distribution system that handle integration for hotel availability/rate/inventory (ARI) and reservation with our distribution partners and direct channels. Oversee and coordinate proper rate product set up together with Revenue Management and Analytics, ensure ARI are correctly reflected on distribution channels, handle daily trouble-shooting requests, and formulation/prioritization/implementation of system enhancements.
  • Manage Salesforce platform that is the sales management tools adopted by sales team and sales support center. Handle platform customization requests from different users, provide advice to users on daily usage and reporting, handle trouble-shooting requests and coordinate with Technology/solution provider as appropriate.
  • Manage day-to-day support on other key sales-related systems, such as Galaxy ticketing system, Opera property management system, Genesys email solution, and Delphi system for MICE/catering sales. And to provide advice to user on system functionalities and limitations, data structure and characteristics, etc.
  • Propose change management of business process to increase work efficiency across internal and external stakeholders

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or any relevant disciplines
  • Min. of 8 years of working experience in supporting sales related systems in large corporates with small team management experience
  • Strong influential skills to drive projects deliverables with problem-solving mindset
  • Solid experience in handing system operations with deep understanding of travel industry and ticketing or hotel reservation system
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin with well written skills in both Chinese and English
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Sales System Associate Project Manager
