Job Summary:

The Specialist, Workforce Management is responsible for creating the User Acceptance Test (UAT) documentation and preforming tests to ensure the new system meets the frontline scheduling, time records & payroll requirements. This role also needs to create end-user and time-approver training materials and support system Cutover.

Responsibilities

  • Create User Acceptance Test (UAT) documentation and perform tests

  • Create system documentation for end-user and time-approver training

  • Support system cutover and project related matters

Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, IT, Finance or Business Administration

  • 3-5 years of related work experience in workforce management process and systems.

  • Knowledge in Workforce Management Systems, Reporting Tools,  Database and Data Warehouse is preferred

  • Knowledge in Employment Ordinance and HR policy

  • Good and consistent attention to detail, self-starter and team player

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e. Excel, Access, PowerPoint)

  • Fluent in English and Chinese
