Overall Purpose of the Role

Creative Director Disney+ EMEA is an in-house role leading the creative team in London with creative direction over local markets in EMEA. The primary job is to lead and inspire the creative teams and to bring a strong, uncompromising creative point of view to the leadership of the business. We are looking for
someone who can balance creating best-in-class creative, with a strong sense of storytelling and high attention to detail, whilst also building and nurturing stakeholder relationships.


The Creative Director will be responsible for overseeing a wide range of marketing output, from brand and content creative direction, Originals trailer and key art assets, performance and customer creative, to PR events. They will need to be highly collaborative and partner closely with the marketing directors, building a climate of trust, openness and respect. They will bring energy, passion and optimism to the role and ensure that those around them are motivated and enjoy working together.


Areas of Responsibility


CREATIVE OUTPUT

  • Creative concepting with a strong vision for through the line ideas
  • Creative output across multiple platform: AV (TV ads, trailers, digital, social, radio), static (OOH print and digital, PR events, emails, Key Art, bespoke stunts)
  • Approve creative campaigns across EMEA
  • Brief and manage external agencies.
  • Producing variants of existing assets to refresh and optimise campaigns
  • Ensure quality and consistent tone of voice across all work delivered

TEAM

  • Be a leader, manager and mentor whilst inspiring and guiding creatives.
  • Identifying and developing teams skill base
  • Fostering an inclusive, collaborative and happy culture, where wellbeing is prioritised

CREATIVE LEADERSHIP

  • Present, sell-in, and communicate creative concepts and timelines to senior stake holders
  • Make decisions/manage rounds of approval
  • Build and manage relationships with other LOBs, communicating and agreeing creative direction
  • Ensure quality, compliance, and integrity across all work delivered
  • Improve attribution scores of Disney+ content through continued innovation and collaboration


Ideal Experience

  • Extensive experience working at an Associate Creative Director or Creative Director level in a similar environment.
  • Enthusiasm for, creating 360 campaigns from brief to delivery and beyond
  • Leading and managing a large in-house creative team and driving results
  • Managing and presenting to senior stake holders
  • Leading AV, static design and through the line ideas
  • Working in a high profile, fast moving, consumer facing brand
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and adapt to changing business demands at short notice
  • Able to multi-task across a number of work streams and deliver to deadlines

This role will require you to be on-site in Hammersmith 4 days a week.
