In the role of Senior Manager for Asset Protection & Risk Management, your responsibilities will include developing, managing, and administering processes to safeguard Disney's assets and brand commercialisation across EMEA within Security Services. You will foster cross-functional collaboration with our businesses to ensure that programs adhere to both enterprise and regional compliance standards.

The position requires four days a week working at our Hammersmith, West London office, plus the flexibility of one day working from home.

What You Will Do

  • Develop proactive and analytical asset protection strategies, including Standards of Practice (SOPs), programs, and compliance tools related to workplace security and profit protection.

  • Design and manage training initiatives for new employees and continuing education, focusing on eLearning, leader-led training, and awareness campaigns targeting physical and workplace security, asset protection, and loss prevention.

  • Direct comprehensive security measures across supply chains, profit protection, inventory shrinkage control, e-commerce fraud investigation, and guest appeasement to minimise loss risks.

  • Coordinate investigations and incident management, including case disposition, prosecution, and restitution.

  • Support anti-piracy efforts targeting retail intellectual property abuse and counterfeit merchandise investigations.

  • Assist third-party retailers/licensees with embargo and sensitive information protection initiatives for digital and physical asset handling; establish protocols for sample merchandise workflow.

  • Act as the retail profit protection expert and liaison for regional security, legal teams, and market law enforcement.

  • Collaborate with businesses to design and remodel needs for various business models, including owned, operated, and pop-up stores, to reduce potential loss exposures in risk management.

  • Oversee the provision of tools and supplies, such as AEDs, first aid kits, survival kits, eye wash stations, and barricade devices, for facilities, coordinating with regional security for shared campuses.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Significant experience of asset protection and risk program leadership or related experience required with large multi-unit speciality retailer

  • Wicklander-Zulawski investigation certifications

  • Knowledge of the Police and Criminal Evidence Act 1984 and similar European legislation

  • Experience of developing and implementing loss prevention policies / processes

  • Experience of leading a team is essential; Robust leadership and talent development abilities and a collaborative and effective management style

  • Tried experience of building effective links and handling partners within a large, multi-national, matrix organisation

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience of SAP an advantage
