Job Summary:

Job Summary:

- Reporting to the Design Manager, you will be responsible for working within the APAC Creative team to participate in developing O&O style guide development and licensing packaging guide for APAC cross franchises.

- Support creative trends for each brand in partnership with Product Development teams.

- Participate creative asset development based on brand strategy to deliver timely, storytelling visual assets, in graphic designs and art-to-product concepts for licensing and O&O product development.

Responsibilities:

- Interaction directly with Character Art team for graphic design development collaboration; Interaction directly with Product Design team identifying creative directions, creative briefings, reviews, and asset delivery. Interaction indirectly with Global and APAC regional creative teams to collaborate in delivering globally relevant, franchise focused brand Visions and creative assets.  Interact directly with all other corporate personnel as required.

- Creativity and aesthetics in visual and graphic design

- Manage schedules to ensure smooth project progress.

- Acquire the knowledge necessary for work.

Requirement:

- 3 years and above experiences in graphic design area as a creative professional.

- Native level Japanese and conversational level English are required.

- Good co-ordination and communication skills

- Team player and strong work ethics

- Basic presentation skills

- PC skill (Mac, Illustrator, Photoshop, Keynote) is mandatory.
