POSITION: Assistant Manager- FP&A- Star & Disney Entertainment Channels DEPARTMENT: FP&A
REPORTING TO: Associate Director
LOCATION: Mumbai
About the Role: We serve high quality content to millions of customers across millions of devices, all of which are constantly evolving and changing. As we increase our scale, we plan to add to our existing user base through highly personalized and targeted marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
· Prepare periodical dashboards and presentations for management reviews.
· Creating / Improvising financial models / tools capturing Key Drivers across businesses
· Continuous improvement in Data compilation, forecasting and related processes.
· Driving various Automation, new dashboards & advanced analysis projects & maintaining Power BI database & dashboards.
· Ensure planning cycle and reporting requirement deadlines are met with an attention to accuracy & quality.
· Responsible for driving financial planning and reporting process by actively participating in business planning session and prepare AOP, 5 years Strategic Plan and Reforecast process for management reporting and track the progress against plans at a granular level.
· Identify key improvement for OI improvement by identifying cost reduction areas and revenue streams.
· Accountable for Finance Cluster planning; working closely with Business, Sales and other support function teams.
· Reporting of financials in the financial systems such as SAP, Hyperion, Cognos and Power BI. Qualifications
· CA with minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis
