About the Role and Team

Are you someone who is passionate about Media and Streaming at The Walt Disney Company? Are you a problem solver with an analytical and data-driven approach? If so, this may be the perfect internship for you! We are looking for an Intern to support the Landing Page Optimization and SEO Team within the Growth Marketing Department. If selected for this role, you will report to the Sr. Manager, Media Strategy. The approximate dates of this internship are January through June 2025.

What You Will Do

You will have an opportunity to work with different marketing and product teams on various projects that support the growth of our streaming business! During the program, you will develop a deep understanding of Disney+ landing pages and signup flows. Our ideal candidate will have an eye for design, is self-motivated with a drive to go above and beyond. On any given day you might:

  • Work closely with our landing page team to understand website goals, user needs, and business objectives

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements for website updates and improvements

  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to illustrate web layouts and user flows

  • Assist the team in maintaining documentation for workflows, meeting notes, and presentations

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, analyze competitor activities, and gather insights for SEO, web, app and living room device landing page enhancements

  • Contribute ideas to the landing page and app store experimentation roadmaps

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Proficiency in basic presentation and analysis tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Google suite)

  • Ability to work cross functionally across a diverse set of teams

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail with an eye for clean, intuitive design aesthetics

  • Curious and inquisitive individual with ability to question the norm

Preferred Qualifications

  • Has a basic understanding of HTML and related web authoring tools and software

Education

  • Be enrolled in an accredited college/university taking at least one class in the semester/quarter (spring/fall) prior to participation in the internship program OR must have graduated from a college/university within 6 months at time of application posting OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Professional Internship

  • Major or previous coursework in Business Administration, Marketing, Media or related major preferred

Eligibility Requirements & Program Information

Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all of the below requirements:

  • Be at least 18 years of age

  • Have not completed one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or program

  • Possess unrestricted work authorization

Additional Information

  • The approximate dates of this internship are January through June 2025

  • Able to work Monday through Friday for the duration of the internship, 40 hours each week

  • Able to provide own housing for the duration internship program in the New York City area


The pay rate for this role in New York City is $22 per hour. Select benefits may be provided as part of the compensation package, such as medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
