The pay rate for this role in Florida is $9.98 per hour.

Responsibilities:

  • Service our many Theme Parks and Resort Banquet areas at scheduled groups and organized events, while working a variety of shifts including breakfast, lunch, dinner, or even late-night events
  • Acquire, assemble, and arrange tables and chairs for all Banquet events and functions, according to the banquet event order, keeping all event spaces, storage areas, foyers, and service areas clean and coordinated
  • Assist with banquet tear-down, as well as cleaning, servicing, and general maintenance of banquet equipment, function rooms, and related service area during event breaks
  • Move and transport kitchen equipment such as grills and fryers, and we also drive company vehicles and operate lift gates, forklifts, and other equipment that are important to the role
  • Maintain the show quality of the Disney experience to our guests by being positive and efficient while working in this fast-paced and time-sensitive environment

Basic Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid Driver’s license
  • Receptive to heavy lifting and working with chemicals
  • Proficient with mobile electronic devices including a 2-way radio to connect with fellow Cast Members
  • Can follow through with tasks while being accurate and efficient; ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Communication skills with ability to deliver clear and concise verbal and written messages that facilitate a mutual understanding

Preferred Qualifications:

Here are the outstanding preferred skills we are looking for:
  • Bilingual preferred
  • Six (6) months of prior banquet or catering experience

Additional Information:

SCHEDULE AVAILABILTY Our Theme Parks and Resort Hotels operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and some shifts may start as early as 5:00am while some may end as late as 3:00am, 4:00am or 5:00am. Please note that the principles of seniority are used to schedule all roles.
