Job Summary:

Summary

The Manager, Creative Strategy Marketing is responsible for developing visual communication strategies and static creative assets that support Disney+ content and brand marketing initiatives.

This role contributes to the development of Key Art, visual identity systems, and marketing assets for Disney+ original and local content titles, helping shape how audiences discover, experience, and connect with content.

Working closely with local, APAC, and global stakeholders, the role develops creative solutions that are locally relevant while scalable across multiple markets, supporting the broader reach of Korean content internationally.

In addition, this role partners with the Brand & Franchise team to develop marketing creative supporting Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars, National Geographic, and Hulu campaigns, ensuring a premium and consistent brand experience across consumer touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Strategy & Visual Communication

  • Develop and execute creative strategies for Disney+ content marketing campaigns

  • Translate content positioning and key messaging into compelling visual communication

  • Develop creative briefs and provide creative direction throughout campaign development

  • Ensure creative excellence and consistency across all consumer-facing touchpoints

Key Art & Creative Development

  • Develop Key Art, visual identity systems, and static marketing assets for Disney+ content titles

  • Create and oversee posters, digital assets, OOH creative, and other campaign materials

  • Participate in photography shoots, art direction, and design development processes

  • Support visual storytelling approaches that strengthen audience engagement and content appeal

Brand & Franchise Campaign Development

  • Partner with the Brand & Franchise team to develop campaigns supporting Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars, National Geographic, and Hulu

  • Develop Static, AV, and OOH creative for brand and franchise campaigns

  • Create Key Visuals, digital assets, and other brand marketing materials

  • Help deliver a consistent and premium brand experience across consumer touchpoints

Regional Collaboration

  • Partner with APAC and global marketing teams to develop creative solutions that can be leveraged across multiple markets

  • Incorporate international market needs and insights into creative development

  • Contribute creative ideas and solutions that enhance the global marketing potential of Korean content

  • Support the effective communication of Korean content to audiences across different markets

Production & Stakeholder Management

  • Manage relationships with creative agencies, production partners, and internal stakeholders

  • Oversee project timelines, creative quality, and asset delivery

  • Develop presentations and creative materials for executives and key stakeholders

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher

  • 9+ years of experience in Art Direction, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Creative Marketing, or related fields

  • Experience developing Key Art, posters, and visual communication campaigns

  • Strong creative judgment, visual storytelling, and design sensibility

  • Experience collaborating with agencies and cross-functional stakeholders

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects

  • Business level English communication skills or above

  • Portfolio submission is required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within entertainment, media, broadcast, studio, or streaming businesses

  • Experience working in regional or global marketing environments
