This role is based in South Korea is responsible for supporting the Lifecycle and Retention team.

This Senior Lifecycle Specialist, Growth Marketing is part of the Growth Marketing team and is responsible to support projects on driving customer engagement and retention through the development, set up and optimisation of campaigns to support the key KPIs of acquisition, engagement, retention and customer lifetime value for Disney+.

Job Summary

In this role, Senior Lifecycle Specialist, Growth Marketing will be working closely with various stakeholders, coordinate, execute and optimize multiple concurrent campaigns with owned (email, push, in-app) channels.

You will be responsible for lifecycle automation and experimentation to drive engagement and increase retention Disney+ in Korea.

Key Responsibilities

Lifecycle Marketing Campaign management:

  • Update and maintain campaign calendars of Lifecycle marketing activities.
  • Collaborating with marketing ops team and implement guidelines of best practices on campaign execution.
  • Implement customer journeys for engagement, retention and winback objectives using our CRM tools across push notifications, in-app, web and email channels.
  • Preparing assets of lifecycle marketing campaigns and distribution to key stakeholders (Image, Copy, Approvals, etc.).
  • Develop plans on how to drive user engagement and retention through campaigns.
  • Analyze result of the campaign through data measurement analysis and share with markets as a best practice.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop marketing campaigns across direct comms channels including email, push and in app & App Stores.
  • Collaborating with the planning and development of a marketing calendar for direct comms.
  • Working with creative teams to get assets for campaigns.
  • Running test and learn plans.
  • Build campaign result decks.
  • Maintain dashboard of campaigns result.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5 years' experience in related marketing roles.
  • Experience with CRM and marketing technology (at least one CRM tool e.g. Salesforce, Adobe, Braze).
  • Background in Data-driven Marketing with demonstrated record of extracting meaningful data and using insights to support decisions to improve customer experience and drive business outcomes.
  • Fluency in Korean and business level English.
  • Adobe Photoshop skill preferred (Size variation, simple editing skills).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree-qualified in Business, Marketing, Economics or related discipline (preferred).
  • Experience with ESP/CRM and marketing technology advantageous (Salesforce Marketing Cloud desirable).
  • Track record of successfully solving data driven problems based on hypothesis testing and learnings.
