Job Summary:

The Walt Disney Company (Poland) offers an internship in Warsaw as a Digital & Brand Marketing Intern starting in October 1st, 2026. 

About the role

Digital & Brand Marketing Intern role will help develop and execute marketing campaigns for leading TV brands, including FX, National Geographic, Disney Junior, and Disney Channel, with a strong focus on YouTube strategy and channel growth. You will gain hands-on experience in digital campaign execution, performance optimization, and strengthening the presence of our entertainment and factual brands on YouTube. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with TWDC creative teams and contribute to the development of engaging video content.

Working closely with marketing, digital, and creative teams, you will support initiatives that build brand awareness, drive audience engagement, and contribute to business goals. While the role will focus primarily on the Polish market, you will also support regional activities across Hungary, Romania, and the Czech Republic, covering both linear TV and brand YouTube channels.

What You will do

  • Assisting in the development and execution of digital strategies for YouTube channels across kids’ and factual brands

  • Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on YouTube content performance to support optimization efforts

  • Coordinating with external agencies on the ongoing execution of social media content calendars for factual and entertainment brands

  • Supporting YouTube monetization initiatives and paid media activities

  • Managing selected TWDC Central Europe social media accounts

  • Preparing and coordinating briefs for social media agencies under the guidance of the Digital Marketing Manager

  • Supporting the delivery of effective marketing campaigns for FX and National Geographic in Poland by managing content workflows, ensuring assets are delivered and localized on time, and contributing to campaign concept development

Required qualifications & skills

  • Fluent Polish and English, both written and spoken

  • Strong interest in digital marketing

  • Good understanding of and interest in social media platforms

  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

  • Strong time management skills

  • Strong planning, organizational, analytical, and project management skills

  • Good knowledge of the Polish media market, with a strong interest in TV and digital media

  • Passion for series and movies would be an advantage

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously

  • Strong team player with a positive and proactive attitude

  • Creativity combined with strong business awareness

  • Eagerness to learn

Internship Requirements

  • Active student status or recently graduated

  • Available min. 30 h per week (minimum 4 days per week)

  • Must possess the right to work in Poland
