The Walt Disney Company (Poland) offers an internship in Warsaw as a Studio & Integrated Marketing Intern starting in October 1st, 2026.
About the role:
Studio & Integrated Marketing Intern role will support Studio, Integrated Marketing & Promotions team activity in CEE region. Working closely with internal stakeholders in the areas of brand and franchise marketing across Disney, Pixar, Star Wars and Marvel brands.
In this role, you will assist with content promotion campaigns for theatrical and Disney+ releases, support management of selected Disney brand social handles in Poland and contribute to cross-line-of-business collaboration initiatives.
The role also includes operational support to the Studio team, through the preparation of presentations, campaign summaries, and event coordination. You will also work closely with Studio Publicity team on range of activities such as press screenings and media junkets. If selected for this role, you will report to the Integrated Marketing & Promotions Manager CEE.

What You Will Do :
- Support the implementation of TWDC franchise marketing campaigns for our core brand across CEE markets
- Assist in the development of promotional materials, including pitch presentations for prospective marketing and promotional partners.
- Support the implementation of global and regional promotional campaigns, coordinating creative asset approvals and adaptations across local markets.
- Prepare presentations and campaign summaries to support theatrical release marketing activities.
- Assist in the management of selected Disney social media channels in Poland, including content planning, publishing, and reporting support.
- Support range of events organized by the team, such as press junkets and gala premieres
- Support teams’ financial operations
Required qualifications & skills:
- Fluent Polish and English, both written and spoken
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Strong ownership of the projects with focus on details
- Basic theoretical knowledge of marketing
- Nice to have: prior experience in marketing and social media communications
Internship Requirements:
- Active student status or recently graduated
- Available min. 30 h per week (minimum 4 days per week)
- Must possess the right to work in Poland
