As a Graphic Design Intern, you will be responsible for crafting and producing Graphic Design assets from concept to final artwork. You'll focus on creative style guide development for Parks and Consumer Products. We build graphic design and character art for Style Guides used for park merchandise. We get to craft art for all the Disney, Star Wars, Pixar, and even Marvel stories that will build tangible memories for our Park Guests.

What You Will Do:

  • Development of graphic design for product development style guides and portfolios across multiple franchises under the direction of project design leads
  • Build strong POV and Mood boards with a keen eye for future trends and an understanding the right consumers for the design style.
  • Design style development to coordinate with trends in the marketplace
  • Contribute new graphic design ideas and participate in brainstorming sessions
  • Research future trends in fashion, illustration, and graphic design
  • Speak and present your work to seniors and executives with clear communication.
  • Responsible for maintaining Graphic Design standards that meet brand guidelines and strategies

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Strong graphic design, layout, typography, color and illustration skills
  • Proficiency in sketching and drawing concepts digitally and traditionally.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, Photoshop, as well as Keynote
  • Ability to organize files, properly archive them, navigate our Disney database and follow directions for using the correct templates.
  • Awareness of design, fashion, and market trends

Education:

  • Undergraduate Senior pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or closely related field

Eligibility Requirements & Program Information:

Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all of the below requirements:

  • Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship. Current Disney Interns, College, International, or Culinary Program Participants: You may only work for ONE consecutive year (12 months) in any combination of an internship and/or program.
  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Possess unrestricted work authorization

Additional Information:

  • Be aligned with The Disney Look appearance guidelines
  • Able to have a consistent, reliable work schedule throughout the internship
  • The approximate dates of this internship are June 13th, 2026 through January 2nd, 2027
  • Be fully available from Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM Eastern Time Zone for the duration of the internship, 40 hours each week
  • Able to provide own housing for the duration internship program in the Orlando, FL area
  • Must be able to provide/have reliable transportation to/from work
