Job Summary:

  • Strategize, translate business into powerful communication platform, ideate and plan for Integrated Activations in target markets to drive business.  

  • Lead market activations based on consumer relevant touch points at both paid and own channels; and influence the earned channels/partnership/broadcast activations with desired strategic directions  

  • Excellence in execution follow through and clear KPIs to measure success and accumulate learning for each campaign 

  • Drive activation innovations, project manage activations along the process and holistically connect consumers funnel from inspiration to consideration/conversion phases, i.e. needs to connect communication experiences and influence the messaging when consumers are driven to Disney’s ecosystem, e.g. website/apps etc.   

  • Develop annual/multiple-year activation campaign planning, franchise lead business reviews and measures of budget use & campaign effectiveness. 

  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to support the in-market activations per annual planning. 

  • Manage budget across to make sure it well-spent & allocated to influence back strategy team, rather than managed by assigned budget. 

  • Key contact window to support and traffic control creative requests from other departments, in particular Distribution Marketing and Digital Business to identify the most effective and efficient solutions   

Job requirements 

  • Bachelor's degree in business/ marketing or related disciplines   

  • At least 10 years of solid B2C marketing experience in companies that are best-in-class in marketing discipline especially in creative planning, digital and social commerce management, end-to-end digital and social commerce experience is a must 

  • Exposure in creative/digital agencies/e-commerce for regional markets 

  • Vertical and lateral influence skills to effectively manage multi-cross functional teams within marketing and beyond.  

  • Proactive and versatile enough to embrace different ideas and yet can translate into meaningful implications on strategies and plans.  

  • Good conflict management and strong negotiation skills 

  • Excellence communication skills  

  • Fluent in written & spoken English
