How will you contribute to our magical experience?

The Coordinator, Marketing Film Campaigns will join the team to support Studio Marketing team to coordinate and execute part of the initiatives around marketing plans of each title, assure control of the administrative processes.

The position will provide operative and administrative support for marketing theatrical & platform releases.

The Coordinator, Marketing Film Campaigns will be responsible for:

  • Coordinate efforts around the marketing plans for Studios Marketing (Disney Plus and theatrical) to fulfill the initiatives of each marketing plan.
  • Responsible for the administrative processes involved in the marketing plans (create purchase orders, management with vendors and contracts).
  • Implement key actions in each title that help in the success of marketing campaigns.
  • Be the link between the marketing strategies and the rest of the departments and third parties (exhibitors, vendors) involved in the plans to provide the appropriate tools in time.
  • Gather information from the different areas for analysis post release of each title.

What we need from you to be part of this story:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Administration or related fields.
  • +2 year of experience in similar roles. Preferred Industries: Entertainment, Technology, Consumer Goods. Advertising and Media agencies.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, flexible and collaborative.  
  • Creative mindset with strong execution orientation.
  • Advanced level of English.
