About the Role & Team

We have an exciting Internship opportunity in our Disney+ Customer Management & Retention team in Central Europe. This role will be instrumental in driving and optimising customer retention across the CE region (with focus on Poland, Romania, Hungary, Czech Republic and Slovakia). This internship provides opportunity for learning digital customer marketing in a world-class streaming service. The individual will be working with local and regional teams to coordinate engagement and retention campaigns, reduce churn, optimize product and make Disney+ subscribers enjoy our content.
 

We offer a 6-12-month paid internship under an employment contract. We require student status, availability for at least 30 hours per week, and the ability to work onsite at our Warsaw office 4 days a week.


What You Will Do

  • Curating CEE communication calendar

  • Content campaign coordination for email, mobile, CTV, in-app (promoting new releases, library, long running series etc)

  • Owned channels asset and copy localization for 5 CE markets

  • Cross-team collaboration (marketing, analytics, legal, performance)

  • Product development (e.g. automated messaging, personalized content recommendation, optimizing payment process, UX updates to Disneyplus.com)

  • Project management: coordinating subscriber communication across 5 CEE markets

  • Learning and handling top-class digital tools for CRM

  • Data analytics, preparing presentations and reports
     

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Passion for Disney brand

  • Curiosity about marketing, business, management or data analytics

  • Great communication, presentation and problem solving skills

  • Proficience in one of CE languages and English

  • Team player with positive and open-minded attitude

  • Good MS Office skills
