About the Role & Team

We have an exciting Internship opportunity in our Media Networks Programming team.

You will provide support for the team in CE in connection to content presentations, program screening, data management and activities related to production of monthly schedules and daily playlists. This will give you a great opportunity to support the Media Networks function in both daily processes and long-term projects, while gaining insight and understanding of the operation of linear channel programming and overall TV industry in the region.

We offer a 12-month paid internship under an employment contract. We require student status, availability for at least 30 hours per week, and the ability to work onsite at our Warsaw office 4 days a week.

What You Will Do

  • Learn to navigate Broadcast Management System (BMS) – What’sON

  • Gain knowledge about programming content inventory used on linear channels

  • Help programming team in preparation of the monthly linear highlights presentations

  • Cooperate with external partners (localization studios, operators, distributors)

  • Learn basic knowledge about key performance indicators of channel performance and support the team in crafting viewership presentations and reports

  • Gain knowledge about on-air promo production workflow

  • Screen new content and learn about selection criteria

  • Monitor competitors and provide information and insights from the market

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Student of Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree

  • Good work organization and sense of responsibility

  • Proactivity, attention to details

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Proficient English

  • Passion about kids, factual and scripted content

  • Good MS Excel and PowerPoint skills


Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of TV/entertainment market
