About the Role & Team

We have an exciting Internship opportunity in our CSR and PR function!

This role will allow you to be involved in a wide range of charity activities crafted to fulfill Disney’s social purpose. It is a supportive role, primarily assisting implementation of CSR initiatives in hospitals and children care homes as well as support delivery of non-standard social projects. This role would also include involvement in working on internal activities. All these would help build abilities to lay the foundations for the future career working within CSR, for non-for-profit organization, in employee branding or overall in PR.

We offer a 12-month paid internship under an employment contract. We require student status, availability for at least 30 hours per week, and the ability to work onsite at our Warsaw office 4 days a week.

What You Will Do

  • assist with CSR campaigns, including collaboration with hospitals and NGOs, handling approval & delivery of assets and gifts

  • provide support with the management and delivery of assets for use on all PR campaigns

  • support on appropriate publicity & comms activity around the activities delivered

  • help draft briefs to send to partners and agencies

  • handle finance trackers & CSR reporting

  • manage admin duties

  • proactively suggest ways to improve departmental performance and processes

  • build links with other The Walt Disney Company functions to develop broader knowledge of the business
     

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Student of Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree

  • Curiosity about social purpose and strong writing skills.

  • Good organization and dedication to work

  • Creativity and openness

  • Proficient in English and Polish

  • Good MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
