Job Summary:

The Walt Disney Company (Poland) offers an internship in Warsaw as a Disney+ Partnerships Intern starting on October 1st, 2026. 

About the role

In this role, you will join the Disney+ Partnerships team, supporting the execution of content distribution initiatives across global partners. You will contribute to business development activities and assist with operational tasks related to distribution agreements. Working closely with cross-functional teams (including sales, marketing, technology, finance, and legal), you will help drive collaboration while building understanding of the evolving media and streaming landscape. If selected for this role, you will report to the Affiliate Distribution Senior Manager.

What You Will Do

• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends in the streaming

and media landscape
• Research and identify potential partners (e.g. brands, platforms, telcos, retailers)
• Support the development of partnership strategies to drive subscriber growth

and engagement
• Assist in preparing partnership proposals, presentations, and pitch materials
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g. legal, finance, marketing, product) to support deal execution and partner onboarding
• Maintain deal documentation and track the status of ongoing agreements
• Support planning and execution of co-branded marketing campaigns with partners
• Monitor campaign performance and contribute to reporting on key KPIs and partner

effectiveness
• Assist in managing partner communication and coordinating project timelines and

deliverables
• Create reports, dashboards, and data visualizations (e.g. in Excel, Tableau, Power BI)

to analyze partner impact

Required qualifications & skills: 

  • Fluent English.

  • Strong research and analytical skills to evaluate industry trends, market data, and competitor activities.

  • Excellent presentation and communication abilities for summarizing findings and supporting sales and partnership discussions.

  • High attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple projects and maintain critical documentation in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams and adapt quickly to shifting priorities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, SharePoint) for reporting and presentations.

  • Eagerness to learn, with a proactive mindset and genuine interest in the media and streaming industry.

  • Comfortable multitasking and thriving under tight deadlines.

  • This position is ideal for fast learners who are passionate about the future of media and excited to contribute to the growth of Disney’s global distribution efforts.

Internship Requirements:

  • Active student status or recently graduated

  • Available min. 30 h per week (minimum 4 days per week)

  • Must possess the right to work in Poland
