The Walt Disney Company (Poland) offers an internship in Warsaw as a Programming/Scheduling Intern starting on October 1st, 2026.
About the role:
This role offers the opportunity to support the Media Networks Programming team in Central Europe across activities such as content presentations, program screenings, data management, production of monthly schedules for VOD services and – if needed - daily playlists for linear channels. You will join a collaborative team responsible for delivering linear channel programming, contributing to both daily operations and selected projects. The role provides valuable insight into linear TV programming and the wider TV industry in the region. If selected for this role, you will report to the Senior Programming Manager, CE.

What You Will Do
Support the use of the Broadcast Management System (e.g. What’sON), including managing scheduling and programming data
Prepare and share programming information and materials, including internal and external presentations
Ownership of VOD schedules: creating and maintaining monthly schedules, securing the commitments with the major operators and partners
Assist in the creation of monthly linear highlights presentations
Support the preparation and delivery of playlists and implementation of monthly linear schedules
Cooperate with external partners (e.g. localization studios, operators, distributors) and manage programming-related assets and metadata
Contribute to the preparation of viewership reports and presentations using key channel performance data
Review content and support the application of selection criteria for programming decisions
Identify relevant content from the catalogue to support digital strategies, including YouTube long-form initiatives
Monitor the media landscape and competitors, creating regular summaries and reports with key insights
Required qualifications & skills
Fluent in Polish and very good command of English (B2+), both written and oral
Good work organization and sense of responsibility
Excellent communication skills
Proactive and positive approach to tasks
Enthusiasm to kids, factual and scripted content
Knowledge of TV/entertainment market will be a benefit
Knowledge of MS Excel and MS Power Point will be a benefit
Proactive attitude and eagerness to embrace learning opportunities
Flexible and dedicated approach to work
High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail
Effective communication and well-developed presentation skills
Internship Requirements:
Active student status or recently graduated
Available min. 30 h per week (minimum 4 days per week)
Must possess the right to work in Poland
