About the Role & Team

We have an exciting Internship opportunity in our Integrated Marketing & Promotions team in the CEE & CIS regions!

The purpose of your role would be to support the team and collaborate with internal partners in various areas. These include brand and franchise marketing for Disney, Pixar, Star Wars, and Marvel, cross-LOB alignments, promoting Studio content such as theatrical and Disney+ releases, handling Disney's social media presence in Poland, and coordinating corporate brand management.

We offer a 12-month paid internship under an employment contract. We require student status, availability for at least 30 hours per week, and the ability to work onsite at our Warsaw office 4 days a week.

What You Will Do

Your role will involve:

  • implementing The Walt Disney Company franchise marketing campaigns (Disney Princess, Frozen, Mickey and Friends, Marvel Star Wars) across multiple CEE markets, asset management and localization oversight

  • production and admin roles in local initiatives, events and live entertainment

  • preparing pitching materials for prospective promotional partners

  • implementation of global and regional promotional campaigns, running creative approvals across CEE and CIS markets

  • involvement in internal communication and dissemination of information to key collaborators

  • preparation of cross-line of business calendars

  • financial operations (purchase orders processing)

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Student of Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree

  • Proficient in English and one of the following languages: Czech, Hungarian, Romanian, or Polish

  • Good knowledge of MS Office

  • Basic theoretical knowledge of marketing

  • Ownership of the projects with attention to details
